Our Mission

ATCR objectives

For the University:

· Increasing the level of theoretical and practical knowledge for students to be better prepared for future jobs;

· Expanding international contacts with foreign companies, and through them with international universities;

· Access to professional E-learning training modules owned by ATCR;

· The Practical Center which is open to performing practical training stages for university students affiliated to ATCR;

· Realizing final projects and dissertation projects in cooperation with the company.

For Alewijnse:

· Improving the work quality of engineers in designing, commissioning and service, who wish to work abroad;

· Encouraging the university education from Galati by disseminating the theoretical and practical knowledge.

Alewijnse Holding:

Invests funds in order to accomplish the established objectives;

Selects students each year at a certain announced date;

Develops and implements training programs with the help of their own specialists and university professors and if necessary, will involve other parties;

Provides laboratory equipment such as IT support and the required software; this equipment can be used by universities for their students outside the ATCR activities;

Mediates contact with international universities to promote exchange of specific knowledge among countries;

Involves the center in other international cooperation projects:

- Mobility PLM (People on the Market Labour) LLP-LdV/PLM/2009/RO/177, in the Leonardo da Vinci program 2009-2010;

- EU structural funds POSDRU –Modern strategies for practical trainings in the electrotechnical field- ID 17788 2010-2012.

Alewijnse mediates contact with the Dutch government in order to obtain funds for engineering education development:

-Internationalization of Labour Education 2008-2010-parteners ROC HogeSchool The Netherland, ATCR, SkillTech B.V The Netherland.

The University:

-Recommends suitable students for this training program;

-Provides classrooms, furnishings and utilities.
